Dry Barrel
Dry Barrel Fire hydrants have been used in fire protection for over 100 years. AWWA C502 was developed in 1913 as a standard for the manufacture and use of dry barrel hydrants.
Dry barrel design eliminates damage to the hydrant caused by freezing or corrosion of the upper part. Secutech Hydrants are based on a simple design, it is easy to install, maintain and repair. Secutech sets a standard for quality in the industry and meets or exceeds all requirements for AWWA C502.
Fire Blankets
Fire blankets are designed and manufactured to the BS EN 1869:1997 standards. They are fully tested by BSI and certified to Kite mark.
Fire Blankets when draped over a fire, the blanket cuts out the oxygen, leading to rapid fire extinction.
They are available in three different size of 1.1m x1.1m, 1.2mx1.2m and 1.2mx1.8m and other sizes are available upon request. The containers are simple to use with pull tabs to release the blanket.
